Wordless Wednesday ~ School Time Fun!

I am linking up with Christina from Sugar and Spice today for my favorite blogging day...
It's Wordless Wednesday!

Anyone else let their students do this?
It's shaving cream!  I do it every year on the last day of school!  It cleans the desks and is SUPER fun!  If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. :)

So what other crazy, off-the-wall things do you do with your students every year?

  1. I did this for the first time this year, the kids loved it! We also did a balloon countdown the last 10 days of school, it was so much fun!

  2. I've never done this with my students, but I remember doing it in elementary school. We used to do it to practice writing our spelling words. I loved it! I might have to try it this year. I'm not sure I do anything really crazy.... we played Minute to Win it games the last day this past year, which was hysterical. I have a video of my students all playing the cookie game.... you put a cookie on your forehead and try to get it to your mouth only using facial expressions. haha. It's a good thing I brought extra cookies, because it was their favorite game and took a LONG time to figure out how to do it.

  3. I've done this with students... So fun! I have also let students write directly on their desk with a dry erase marker. Not too crazy, but if they have never done it before, they are in awe that they get to write on their desk with a marker!

  7. When I taught middle school social studies, I did seed maps of Africa. They made a massive mess, but the kids loved them.

  8. I haven't done this yet, but I am thinning of adding it to my second to last day of school activities! In the month of May we do something fun every day, and the kids love coming up with ideas of things that we should do! One year they decided we could chew gum in class all day, and our principal gave the okay!!

  9. I've done this, and the kids always love it! I tried to make homemade bouncy balls with my kids this year which was a MESSY epic fail. They had fun and we learned that science experiments don't always work!

  10. LOVE the shaving cream for both sensory play and cleaning! #twobirdsonestone At the end of the year we always have a field day, at which time, I get crazy and run the DJ/Dance booth. The kids (and even some teachers) get footloose! Thanks for linking up and sharing.
